We hear a lot about stimulus and every business owner wants to know what is in it for them. So, let me give you a few examples. There indeed is more business coming into the pipeline and some of it will be directed at WBE firms. Go to the federal government's site Recovery.Gov and see what has been funded. Most states have also mirrored this effort.
The SBA has more money and better term, banks have lower fees and up to 90% gaurantee. That should free money for small business lending. CHeck on the SBA website to see which banks are preferred lenders.
We will have a recovery.....being a part of it will take work on your part.

So true. My main concern, and I am beginning to see somewhat frightening signs around me, that money will be applied for and given and unless there are tight regulations on the application of those funds they can end up in greedy little pockets. There has to be a built-in control factor.
