A couple of days ago, my temporary ship came in. I cashed in an insurance policy and the check arrived. The process wasn't as timely as I'd hoped, but it doesn't really matter, does it? Today I wrote checks to pay bills.. . . . .

Since so many blogs lately have focused on foods, diets, allergies, I am adding my two cents about gluten. It seems that more and more people are allergic to gluten. So much so that we have gluten free bread, brownies, etc. . . . .
